Oxnard College hands LACC a 5-3 defeat
A high intensity game under the Friday night lights with the stands cheering and yelling is the best way to describe the game. Starting off quick Oxnard got the first goal in at the 3rd minute already leading 1-0. LACC's, Angela Perez, was able to get a goal in to tie up the game within the first 10 minutes. The battle was sure barely starting since, Oxnard, scored 3 more goals by the end of the first half.
LACC returned to the second half with more energy and effort. Isabell Estrada got the Cubs a goal at the 51st minute kicking off the momentum for the rest of the game. Estrada was driven to get the Cubs going and assisted Ashley Martinez's goal in the 85th minute. After much effort and determination, The Cubs were unlucky and lost their match against Oxnard, 5-3.
