Facing Pasadena City College at home for the first conference match of the season, our lady cubs were ready for a challenge. The Cubs got off to a slow start, giving up a goal within the first minute of each half. At the 10-minute mark, Isabella Velazco scored a goal from 35 yards out, putting the game at a score of 1-1 for the remainder of the first half. The Cubs had a tough second half, unable to recover, giving up 3 goals making the final score 4-1. See you all for our next match Friday against El Camino at 4:30pm.
